Half way to Christmas! June update

With the year flying by, what a great time to hold a class demonstrating different butterflies available through Stampin Up!  We made 4 cards with a butterfly theme.  See the pics below.

I used Melon Mambo ink, together with Pumpkin Pie & Daffodil Delight. Elements of style stampset for background stamping, butterfies were made using Mixed Bunch stampset & rhinestones.  Greeting stamp is from the Perfect Pumches stamp set and the co-ordinating oval punch and Decorative Label punch.

A vintage look for this one using Just Add Cake DSP.  Creative Elements Stampset layered with antique brads.  Finished off with the textured impressions embossing folder and white organza ribbon.

Concord crush and melon mambo look awesome together!  Mixed with crimper to make a banner, perfect polkadots embossing folder and the scallop square duo.  Finished off with Beautiful Butterflies die then embossed using the Elegant Lines folder.  Accessorised using a rhinestone brad and organza ribbon.

So simple and the most liked card by workshop attendees!  Using Blushing Bride and Very Vanilla card & ink.  Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Beautiful wings embosslit, Pocket Silouette stampset and the stitched poly ribbon.  Goes to show the simpler the better!

We also celebrated a very special "0" birthday!!
